Shisou the Sheikah

A new drawing of Shisou! Yay! Not much to say about this one...pencial and ebony media. I like the pose ^_^

Race: Sheikah
Sex: Female
Hair: long blonde hair with light red hew to it. She usually keeps her hair tied tied back.
Eyes: red sheikah eyes that glow in the darkness
Weight: 120 lbs
Height: 5 feet, 10inches

Weapon: Shisou carries two curved daggers, has a few throwing knives hidden on her, and a few sheikah throwing needles. She usually does not keep a bow and arrow on her, but rather keeps these items in a rucksack that her father’s horse carries.

Armor: Shisou wears bracers on her arms and poleyns (knee armor) above her knee-high boots. She wears a leather corset-style top which leaves her belly admittingly unprotected, but allows for more free movement. She also wears leather pants.

Strengths: Shisou has excellent agility and is amazing at acrobatics. Her Sheikah eyes allow her long-range and night sight, and her ears are more sensitive than normal. She is light on her toes, which makes her great at climbing.

Weakness: Shisou is weak against pure brute force. Being a female, she is naturally not as strong as many males. She becomes slightly weakened after she uses magical attacks, depending on how much she exerts herself, and her trade of less armor for more free movement can also be seen as a weakness.

Skills/Magic: Shisou can perform a few spells, such as heal and vanish. She has a small amount of light telepathic and telekinetic powers which her father was helping her to develop before he was plagued with a sickness, so these skills are very weak and she tries not to use them unless under the most dire of need, as they will weaken her significantly.
UPDATE: At her father's death bed, she recieved her inheritance, which was the Sheikah mark on her face. This mark enhanced her powers to where they barely weaken her any more after using them. Though she is still learning their full potential.

Appearance: Shisou is a tall, athletic female. She wears black spandex-like cloth under her clothes and armor and always bears a mark somewhere of an eye, showing her proud ties to the Sheikah race.
UPDATE: She has a tattoo of the Sheikah eye around her left eye.

Personality: Shisou reacts with swiftness when there is danger. She will go to all lengths to protect her friends and family. She is always alert, putting her ears and eyes to good use to detect danger.

Biography: Shisou was born and grew up in Kakariko village amongst her people, the Sheikah, raised as an only child by her mother and father. Eventually her people began to move on, though she keeps their exact intentions and whereabouts a secret, as does the whole race. She spent much of her time climbing Death Mountain, and practicing her fighting and magic skills in seclusion on the mountain top. She ventured out to Hyrule field occasionally, but always in the night. She loved to visit Lake Hylia when it was possible. A hobby of hers is playing her bone flute given to her by her grandfather before he passed away. She always carries it on her. She usually strayed away from any friendships because she felt she was more of a loner. Once she gets to know people, however, she becomes a fierce and loyal friend. A falcon named Heru travels with her and is her one loyal friend. Her father provided her with most of her training, helping her develop her potentials in both fighting and magic. He also taught her horseback riding and archery. She would prefer not to kill, but knows that it is necessary sometimes, especially when she has no tolerance for the wicked. She prefers to kill in defense, and never harms the innocent.
Shisou was raised with and believes the stories of the Triforce and the sacred realm passed down by her people, the Sheikah: that the three goddesses Din, Nayru, and Farore created the land of Hyrule. Shisou regards this as her, and her race's personal beliefs, and does not try to force them upon any other person of any other race. She guards them for herself only. She knows death will come to her as her ancestors before her, and believes that when it comes, it will come, but if it can be prevented by her power or another’s - she will indeed do all in her power to stop it.
Her mother was one of the first to be taken by the plague that struck Hyrule. Her father ordered her to take her seclusion on the mountainside for a little while longer while he cared for her mother. She obeyed, but when she returned, she found her mother to be dead, and her father beginning to suffer the symptoms of the plague. This is the reason she travels from home, for if she can prevent it, she will not loose another.
UPDATE: Shisou's father died from the plague that ravanged Hyrule.
